July 31, 2021. The Avenidas Wise Owl Players continued having study classes and performances on Zoom during the pandemic. Producing plays with costumes, scenery, and props was a very challenging venture for us all.

Therefore, it feels wonderful that the marvelous Wise Owl Players and I will continue working with Avenidas and with Center Director, Tracy McCloud, after our initial three-year grant, thanks to our generous benefactor, Mr. Ray Rothrock. We are excited and inspired. Go senior theatre!

June 21, 2021. It was a big thrill to see my first full-length play for adults, Deleted, produced at the beautiful Mountain View Center for Performing Arts in December 2019.

Now, I finished workshoping and revising my second full-length play for adults, Spit. It concerns a family-owned DNA home-testing company. I finished it on my grandson’s 16th birthday, June 15, 2021. I hope it is even 10% as wonderful a creation as he is.
